This aerial view is of the hamlet of Chez Mesnard which consists of 5 houses.
The swimming pool close to the bottom of the picture is ours - above that is the gable end which is the entrance to Beauregard

The photo is taken from the west, the swimming pool is located in a north/south axis.
Consequently, from mid morning, the pool is in full sun all day.

The white "lane" is our private access to our property and towards the bottom of the photograph you can see a white "rectangle" which is our parking area; immediately adjacent to which is our field - the boundaries of which are the hedge to the left, the lane to the right, the broken hedge running from the left of the swimming pool and the line formed by the colour change in the fields.

To the left of the photograph and to the top right, there are extensive vineyards. All the other fields around are used for wheat, maize and sunflowers in annual rotation.
