DIRECTIONS FROM BORDEAUX AIRPORT

From Bordeaux airport, follow signs for "rocade" and then Paris which takes you to the A10.
Continue north in the direction of Paris coming off at junction 36.

You will quickly pick up green signs for Bordeaux which you follow. This is the N137.
Then follow instructions below .....................................

Directions to Chez Mesnard, Fleac sur Seugne, from the autoroute (A10)

Heading south on the autoroute (A10) leave at junction 36 for Pons. After the Peage, there is a roundabout - turn left and follow the signs for Pons.
This is the D732.
You will quickly pick up green signs for Bordeaux which you follow. This is the N137.

Continue on the N137 bypassing Pons until you reach the small village of Belluire - on the right you will see a large grain storage warehouse with two towers to its right just as you enter the village.

The village is literally a row of properties either side of the N137. In the middle is a crossroads which you come upon almost by surprise. This crossroads is signposted left to Fleac. Follow this sign along the D134 until the next signpost for Fleac - again a left turn following the D144.

This takes you over a level crossing, past a school adjacent (single storey white building with playground) and up to another crossroads immediately after the church on your left.
This is Fleac. Stop at the crossroads and continue straight ahead.

The road bends to the right and left - the first bend is a hamlet called "Les Forges" - significant because of the tower and conical-shaped roof. Follow this road and keep straight ahead.
You will come across a fork in the road with the left fork signposted for Marignac and the right fork to "Le Breuil" etc , which you follow.

A couple of hundred yards along this road, you pick up the signs for Chez Stonier to the left which takes you down a white, stoney lane. You pass the swimming pool on the left and If you park up near to the big lime tree in the "courtyard", the gites are in the building to the left; the owners live in the property to the right.

Please remember that you should aim to arrive no sooner than 4pm
